Torivio Mondragón

Torivio Mondragón serves the County of Fresno as a Deputy Probation Officer IV with the Fresno County Probation Department. He has also served in a multitude of different jobs throughout his life that have shaped him to be the person he is.

From tradesman, business owner, and customer service technician, he has been able to see what works and what does not in regard to getting the job done. He strives to be a dependable and transparent leader to the association and drive the best interest of the association forward.

Vice President

Anthony Rodriguez

Anthony Rodriguez is currently a Deputy Probation Officer (DPO) IV in the Training Division. He has been with the Fresno County Probation Department since 2012, where he began his career as a Juvenile Correctional Officer.

Since becoming a DPO, he has served in a multitude of supervision assignments across the Adult and Juvenile Divisions. He currently serves as a Department Rangemaster and trainer in firearms, defensive tactics, simunitions, expandable baton, active shooter response, breathalyzers, P.R.E.A., and evidence-based practices.

Treasurer

Sing Syrisack

Sing Syrisack has been with the Fresno County Probation Department since 2006, currently serving as a Deputy Probation Officer IV in the Juvenile Placement Unit. As the Treasurer, he ensures that funds are invested in initiatives that directly benefit our members.

Emphasizing the importance of collaboration, he champions open communication and collective decision-making. His goal is to cultivate an atmosphere of transparency, accountability, and trust, foundational principles he believes are key to building a stronger, more effective association.

Secretary

Jessica Jaramillo

Jessica Jaramillo brings over 12 years of diverse experience in various roles within in the Criminal Justice System. She has previously worked as a Dispatcher, Judicial Assistant/Court Clerk, and Paralegal, before coming to the Fresno County Probation Department as a Probation Technician in 2019. Following that, she advanced to the position of Deputy Probation Officer III, where she has fulfilled multiple assignments, and is now serving in the Training Division.

She is dedicated to advocating for the best interests of the membership and the community at large. Through her leadership, she endeavors to uphold the values of the Board while motivating others to strive for excellence in order to make a positive impact.
